The Base Rate Index, which excludes the impact of Accessorial Charges assessed by carriers, increased 1.0% when compared to May.

“Cross Border LTL Freight Costs continue to increase this month. Although there were slight increases in Cross Border TL, these were mostly offset by decreases in the LTL and Truckload Domestic costs,” said Doug Payne, President & COO, Nulogx.
