Roberto Drassinower
Chief Executive Officer
Roberto is the Chief Executive Officer of Nulogx and is an experienced technology business leader and operator. Prior to joining Nulogx, Roberto founded DME Consulting Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in strategy and M&A, and advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
Prior to DME Consulting, Roberto served as CEO for SoftQuad Software Ltd., a company he acquired through a management buy-out and subsequently took public both in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Roberto was president of Carolian Systems, a network management software solutions company.
Doug Payne
President & Chief Operating Officer
Doug Payne is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Nulogx bringing over 25 years of experience in the Transportation Industry and is responsible for building our franchise network of all Nulogx products and services. He has a proven track record of leading transportation companies through growth.
Prior to joining Nulogx, Doug held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Consolidated Fastfrate Inc. and was President of PBB North American Transportation. Doug started in the Intermodal Transportation business in 1982 as a Senior Partner in Sunac America and sold the company to Clarke in March of 1994. As President of Clarke Logistics, Doug grew the company to 17 offices in Canada, USA and Mexico and helped it become one of the largest 3rd party companies in Canada.
Doug is a past Board Member of the Intermodal Marketing Association a current member of Supply Chain & Logistics Association (SCL) and has been active in many other Transportation Clubs and Associations. Doug graduated from Sheridan College with a degree in Business Administration with a Sales and Marketing Major.
Bob Morrow
Vice President of Technology & Hosted Solutions
Bob Morrow is the Vice President of Technology and Hosted Operations and is also a founder of Nulogx. Bob is responsible for all aspects of technology including telecommunications, networks, and hardware & solutions.
Bob brings more than 30 Years of IT/IS experience and over 15 years of domestic and international logistics and transportation management solutions experience to the Nulogx team.
Formerly Bob was with i2 Technologies, InterTrans Logistics Solutions & Lykes Bros. He has expertise with TMS, ERP, WMS & OMS solutions, 3PL’s and industry verticals including Retail, CPG, Hi Tech & Auto, technology including IBM hardware & solutions, Web based & SaaS applications. Bob is a Business Computer Systems Graduate from Sheridan College.
Dave Ryan
Vice President of Audit & Analytics
Dave Ryan is Nulogx’ Vice President of Audit & Analytics. Dave oversees the division’s product strategy and development, and has responsibility for all operations and customer service. Dave brings with him almost 20 years of experience in logistics, management and information technology.
Dave has served in various capacities during his 14 years with Nulogx-LMI (previously known as Logistics Management Inc.) Prior to joining LMI, Dave held positions with companies such as Ultramar Ltd., CanPac Freight Forwarder and Icecorp International Cargo Express, along with having pursued an entrepreneurial venture. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Glenn Smith
Vice President of Managed Transportation Services
Glenn Smith is the Vice President of Managed Transportation Services and brings 27 years of transportation experience to the Nulogx team. Glenn started his career with TNT in operations then moved to sales.
Glenn then became part owner in Motrux International which eventually merged with Sunac International 1989. Five years later the company was sold to Clarke where Glenn worked for the next nine years leaving as Vice President of Accounts, Canada and Mexico. Glenn holds a BA Business & Economics from Laurier University.
